Reflectors
On our way home last night, we encountered the best person ever walking their dog. For those who may not know, our neighborhood has no sidewalks or street lights, and many pedestrians. Anyhow, the aforementioned wonderful person, was wearing a highly reflective coat and ankle straps, carrying a flashlight, and walking with his dog on the side of him away from traffic. Not only that, but the dog had a flashing light too! It was so refreshing after so many times people wearing dark clothes haven't seen any reason to move from the middle of the street with ill behaved dogs on long leashes. Yea for responsible pet ownership!
Lights!

Obviously I do not walk the Qubit, but our neighborhood is similarly rich in peds and bicyclists and poor in sidewalks and lights. I find I drive so slowly because I have the pedestrian experience of those roads!
And I need more lights. Definitely more lights. You may feel silly walking down the street blinking like a router, but by golly, not getting hit by cars is well worth it.
